Lead a dynamic team in a thriving café environment focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

We are seeking an experienced Café Manager to oversee front-of-house operations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for customers while motivating and developing the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Experience: Cultivate a customer-focused culture, ensuring high-quality food presentation and prompt problem resolution.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain a well-organised, clean, and efficient café environment, ensuring smooth daily operations from opening to closing procedures.
  • Sales & POS Management: Manage the point-of-sale system, monitor transactions, and ensure cash-handling accuracy.
  • Stock & Display Management: Supervise stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure appealing and organised food displays.
  • Compliance & Safety: Enforce food safety and hygiene regulations, implement best practices, and promote a safe working environment for staff and customers.

Requirements:
  • Managerial or supervisory experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a passion for mentoring and developing staff.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities, with confidence in engaging customers.
  • Food Safety Training and awareness.
