Job Opportunity

The Project Manager will oversee the execution of a manufacturing project within an API facility. This includes developing and implementing risk management plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed project plans including interdependencies, timelines, and key milestone trackers.
  • Plan and oversee the execution of the manufacturing project.
  • Develop comprehensive risk management plans for all projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk mitigation strategies into project plans.
  • Regularly communicate identified risks to senior leadership.
  • Ensure project adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage project resources and timelines to achieve cost-effective and timely project completion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences field.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
  • Extensive experience in Lead PM roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience with New Product Introductions is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in project management processes and procedures.
  • Understanding of GMP procedures and practices.
  • Strong competency in organizing and managing complex project activities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure & manage conflicting tasks simultaneously.
  • Problem Solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Knowledge of API processes is advantageous.
