Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, with experience in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The Senior Project Coordinator will report directly to the Project Manager and will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating project schedules, timelines, and milestones
  • Developing and maintaining project plans, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Managing project risk, issues, and dependencies
  • Communicating with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in project coordination or management
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with project management software, such as Asana or Trello
