Senior Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced professional to spearhead high-quality FitOut projects in Dublin.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring the project is delivered on time and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all on-site activities, ensuring efficient workflow and timely delivery
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors, tradespeople, and site teams
- Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and finish across all FitOut elements
- Enforce health and safety compliance, fostering a secure work environment
- Produce daily site reports, track progress, and document developments with photographic evidence
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or a Lead Carpenter with extensive FitOut exposure
- Strong carpentry skills, especially in fine finishes and detailed work
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and coordinate site operations
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and site compliance
- Proactive problem-solver with a hands-on approach to challenges
