Senior Project Coordinator Role

The Senior Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in overseeing the completion of residential construction projects in North Dublin. This is an exceptional opportunity to join our team and be part of delivering top-notch results.


Key Responsibilities:
  • We are looking for a highly skilled individual to lead the project coordination process, ensuring seamless communication among stakeholders, design teams, and site managers.
  • This position requires someone who can efficiently coordinate daily resourcing and control site labour, as well as ordering materials in accordance with company policies.
  • A key aspect of this role is maintaining accurate records through online daily site diaries and weekly documentation.
  • The successful candidate will provide a primary point of contact for clients and coordinate snagging crews to ensure high-quality finishes.
  • This position also involves enforcing company compliance procedures, administering site operations, and monitoring subcontractor performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A Degree or Higher Diploma qualification in Construction Management or equivalent trade qualification is essential.
  • Significant experience in a similar senior coordinator role is required.
  • Excellent knowledge of trades, particularly carpentry, and background in residential construction are crucial.
  • Familiarity with the latest building regulations and certification standards is necessary.
  • The ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets is vital.
