Project Overview

We seek an experienced Senior Infrastructure Project Coordinator to oversee the delivery of a critical multi-storey car park project on a biotech site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the client's representative for all infrastructure-related matters across design and construction phases.
  • Lead coordination with design consultants, architects, engineers, and third-party contractors to ensure alignment with overall masterplan and site operations.
  • Monitor contractor performance, ensuring compliance with specifications, standards, and local regulations.
  • Oversee review and approval of design submissions, method statements, and technical documentation to guarantee quality control procedures are implemented and followed through construction and handover.
  • Support procurement strategies, contract administration, and change control processes to minimize risks and ensure timely completion.
Requirements & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Degree-qualified in Civil, Structural Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • Relevant experience in infrastructure project delivery, including at least one full project in a client-side or consultancy role.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-storey structures, car park projects, or similar infrastructure.
  • Experience working in highly regulated environments, preferably within the biotech or life sciences sector.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
