**Job Title:** Contract Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts, ensuring compliance, and providing technical advice and support.

The role requires experience in contract administration, project management, and excellent communication skills. You will work within a small team, reporting to the Commission Manager, and will be responsible for coordinating specialists, managing contracts, reviewing submissions, expediting project schedules, and conducting regular inspections.

You will also prepare and present reports to clients, draft and review correspondences to contractors, liaise with internal teams and stakeholders, manage day-to-day operational duties, continuously improve operations, and deliver quality customer service.

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in civil, structural, mechanical, or electrical/electronic engineering or a relevant discipline, and at least 5 years' post-graduate experience in infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical/electrical systems projects and infrastructure maintenance, as well as strong analytical, self-motivated, and numerate skills. They will also be able to chair meetings, manage resources, work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word is essential, and familiarity with PPP and NEC3 contracts, commercial risk, and procurement strategies is desirable. Knowledge of highway engineering standards, including DMRB, is also beneficial.
