A leading technology company is seeking an experienced Java Technical Lead to join their team in Dublin City Centre. The role is a long-term contract opportunity with a highly skilled software engineering team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of complex technical projects, collaborating with engineers using modern engineering processes, and contributing to the growth and success of the team.

This is a great opportunity for an individual who is passionate about Java programming, has experience in a lead position, and is looking for a challenging and rewarding role in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of technical projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Collaborate with engineers to design, develop, and implement solutions
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a lead position, preferably in a Java development environment
  • Strong Java skills and knowledge of modern engineering processes
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
