As a Youth Activity Coordinator, you will play a vital role in creating a supportive and inclusive environment for young people. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement occupational pursuits, leisure activities, and education programs that cater to their individual needs and interests.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of child development principles. A minimum level 7 qualification in Social Care or a related field is required, along with previous experience in a similar setting.
