We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Health Care Assistant to provide exceptional care to clients in their own homes.
This is a rewarding role that requires flexibility, kindness, and a strong work ethic. As a Health Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with their daily needs, promoting independence, and enhancing their overall well-being.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high standards of emotional, social, and personal care to clients
- Implement client care plans and adapt to individual needs
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and management
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- QQI level 5 - Care skills and Care of the Elderly
- Full Clean Driving License and use of your own vehicle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and willing to adapt to changing circumstances
