Electrical Engineer

Develop innovative solutions to complex problems in electrical engineering.

About the Role:

  • Provide technical support for electrical/electronic assemblies and PCBs.
  • Deliver solutions to enhance product reliability and process capability.
  • Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • Perform component-level failure analysis of PCBAs.
  • Participate in process validation for electrical manufacturing processes.
  • Develop and maintain test equipment and automated test systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field with a minimum of 8 years experience.
  • Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes and curve tracers.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and experience with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
