As a seasoned engineer, you will be part of a highly innovative and multidisciplinary team working on complex problems to serve the needs of laboratories of any size.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for electrical/electronic assemblies, PCBs, and embedded systems to manufacturing operations.
  • Deliver solutions to enhance product reliability and process capability.
  • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions for production issues.
  • Perform component-level failure analysis of PCBAs to support production and field returns.
  • Participate in process validation for electrical manufacturing processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field with 8+ years relevant experience.
  • Experience in electrical/electronic engineering, preferably in regulated environments.
  • Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools, such as oscilloscopes and curve tracers.
  • Proven track record in problem-solving and RCA in production settings.
