About This Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Mental Health Company Limited as a Premises and Administration Manager. As a key member of our operational team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our facilities across multiple sites. Your primary focus will be on overseeing facilities management functions, administering the Facilities Helpdesk, and supervising services provided by contractors.

Responsibilities
• Oversee facilities management functions, collaborating with the DFO to ensure effective service delivery
• Administer the Facilities Helpdesk, resolving issues promptly and efficiently
• Supervise services provided by contractors, reviewing quality and value for money
• Manage supplier relationships, sourcing competitive quotes
• Develop and maintain planned maintenance schedules for all Jigsaw premises
• Collaborate with the Services team on Business Continuity Plans (BCPs)

Requirements
• A qualification in Facilities Management or a similar discipline is essential.
• Three years' experience managing various tasks with experience supporting a team in a facilities management environment.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and facilities management skills are required.
• A full clean driving license and computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook are necessary.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with professionals are essential.
