Job Description:

The Production Operations role is responsible for overseeing production lines, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and driving process improvements. This self-motivated individual will lead a team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets while promoting lean projects and 6S methodology on the production floor.

This role requires excellent communication skills, good technical and mechanical knowledge, and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and supervise production floor performance
  • Set and achieve daily/weekly targets for each production line, aligning them with quarterly forecast
  • Motivate and support production team to hit targets
  • Responsible for production workflow and KPIs, driving process improvements
  • Hold daily PIT meetings to ensure performance targets are monitored and any issues addressed
  • Report on and highlight quality issues
  • Meet with Operations team to report on KPIs and production floor performance
