**Job Title:** Resident Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Resident Engineer with expertise in Wastewater projects to join our team in County Donegal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical and Electrical engineering, with a focus on commissioning, project delivery, and health and safety.

**Key Responsibilities:
  • Specialise in Mechanical and Electrical elements with an emphasis on commissioning.
  • Drive project delivery on site for Uisce Éireann, focusing on timely delivery, cost management, and quality standards.
  • Ensure works comply with contract documents and specifications.
  • Oversee materials and workmanship, ensuring proper testing and adherence to standards.
  • Monitor and report on works to the Employer's Requirements.

The successful candidate will have at least 7 years' postgraduate experience, including 4 years in site supervision, contract administration, commissioning, and project management of water/wastewater MEICA works. A Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related discipline is also required.

**Requirements:

  • A Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
  • Knowledge of civil, Mechanical, & Electrical works, design-build-operate projects, and project management.
  • Ability to write clear reports and maintain records.
  • Strong health and safety knowledge and experience.
