ERP Implementation Expert

The ideal candidate will collaborate with our internal team to successfully implement new ERP modules across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the ongoing NetSuite implementation across multiple business units, ensuring seamless integration and effective embedding of new modules.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions, providing a bridge between technical teams and business users.
  • Ensure new modules are effectively tested, aligned with business needs, and delivered on time.
  • Provide day-to-day system support, troubleshooting, and optimisation, liaising with both internal teams and external partners as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Systems Analyst in ERP or large-scale system implementations is essential.
  • NetSuite experience is highly advantageous, although ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics etc.) will also be considered.
  • Strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving ability, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset are must-haves for this role.
