Are you a seasoned professional looking to drive digital transformation in the finance sector? We seek an experienced Senior Systems Analyst to lead our ERP implementation and take ownership of key business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster alignment between finance objectives and project timelines by overseeing the implementation of finance modules on our ERP system.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Procurement, and Operations to gather and validate business and system requirements.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation outlining system configuration, processes, and procedures.
  • Ensure seamless User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scripts and providing support for system and process training.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and coordinate resolution of bugs, defects, or process gaps.
  • Conduct thorough system testing and quality assurance to guarantee optimal performance.
  • Analyze data and provide actionable insights to inform business decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate end-to-end financial process maps, identifying areas for improvement and recommending enhancements to meet evolving business needs.
  • Support migration from Legacy systems by mapping data structures, defining transformation rules, and ensuring data accuracy and completeness through reconsolidation and testing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in ERP implementation or support roles, with hands-on expertise in Deltek Maconomy.
  • Thorough knowledge of finance and accounting processes across O2 C, P2 P, R2 R, EPM, and Time & Expense.
  • Familiarity with SQL and Maconomy reporting tools such as Maconomy BI, Cognos, and Power BI.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Project management experience is a significant advantage.
  • Familiarity with system integration and API experience using IPaaS platforms like Workato is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in documenting technical processes and specifications.
