Job Opportunity

A key role focused on leading the end-to-end implementation of a new Human Resource Information System (HRIS) as part of a major business transformation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead technical delivery of the HRIS transformation from planning to deployment, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and oversight of legacy application retirement.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and external vendors to drive project success.
  • Manage dependencies across technical and business teams, enhancing reporting, data accuracy, and business processes through smart technical delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven experience delivering ERP, CRM, or HRIS projects in complex environments, with a strong focus on project management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on technical leadership, driving governance and risk management initiatives.
  • Confident working across global teams and delivering against challenging timelines, with a proven track record of success.

This role requires expertise in large-scale business system implementations, particularly HRIS, ERP, or CRM. SAP experience is beneficial but not essential.
