The role of Digital Transformation Lead involves spearheading the company's digital transformation agenda.
Main Responsibilities:- Digital Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital vision aligned with business objectives and client requirements.
- Drive discovery and scoping of digital initiatives across fund administration, compliance, onboarding, reporting, and internal operations.
- Team Leadership, Culture, and Development:
- Foster a high-performance team culture built on trust, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Lead, develop, and inspire a team of business analysts, systems analysts, and project delivery leads.
- Project Discovery and Process Re-engineering:
- Analyze current-state operations and client journeys to inform future-state designs.
- Guide business process re-engineering efforts, aligning them with digital platform capabilities and compliance standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Change Leadership:
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Compliance, Operations, IT, Product, and Client Services to ensure alignment and prioritization of digital initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading digital transformations or operational digitization in financial services, ideally in fund administration, asset management, or ManCo services.
Requirements:- A strong background in business and systems analysis, process design, and digital project delivery.
- Demonstrated success in building, leading, and developing high-performing teams.
- Ability to shape and sustain a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented team culture.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and support individuals at different levels.
