Transformation Director: Drive Business Growth through Digital Innovation

Key Responsibilities:

    • Analyze the current Customer Journey to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
    • Lead process mapping activities to document workflows and identify inefficiencies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure collaboration and alignment.
  • Change Management:
    • Develop and execute change management strategies to support digital transition.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring accountability and promoting collaboration.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
    • Use analytics and market research to guide strategy, ensuring decisions are based on insights.
