Develop Campaigns Strategy

About the Role

The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and an appetite to learn and develop their skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the promotion of campaigns, community fundraisers, and events
  • Develop campaign calendar of events with the Community and Campaigns Manager
  • Create campaign pages for key events
  • Recruit for campaigns
  • Work with the Partnerships and Communications team to develop campaign assets
  • Event logistics
  • Work with designers and printers to develop campaign materials
  • Secure sponsorship for campaigns
Key Skills and Competencies
  • 1-3 years fundraising experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience/knowledge of CRMs an advantage
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent IT skills with knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office
  • Experience working with a team
  • Experience working to deadlines
  • Design experience an advantage
  • Experience planning events and campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of fundraising platforms

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various elements of fundraising including campaigns, community, events, and direct marketing. You will work closely with the Community & Campaigns team to develop campaign assets, secure sponsorship, and manage event logistics.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fundraising, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and experience working with a team. They will also be highly organised, passionate, and willing to learn and develop their skills.
