Key Role in Global Reward Compliance

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a strong analytical mind to ensure the accuracy and compliance of global reward data.


Your Key Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for collecting and aggregating total data from global systems to ensure compliance with applicable legislation and company policies.
  • Evaluate and structure key data sets including fixed and variable pay components, non-cash benefits and allowances, payroll outputs including deductions and bonuses, employee demographics, job classifications and working patterns, and leave records relevant for compliance.
  • Maintain secure and auditable records to support internal and external scrutiny.
  • Prepare data for statutory disclosures such as gender pay gap, equal pay and transparency obligations across multiple jurisdictions.

About You
  • You have at least 3 years' experience in data analysis within HR, payroll, or compliance settings.
  • You possess strong proficiency in Excel including Excel Add-ins such as Power Query; knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or equivalent tools is advantageous.
  • You have an in-depth understanding of HRIS and payroll systems in a compliance context.
  • You are familiar with data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR) and regulatory frameworks related to compensation.
