Senior Financial Professional Wanted

We are seeking a qualified accountant to join our team. As an accountant, you will be responsible for a wide range of SME clients, focusing on audit, tax, and accounts preparation.
The ideal candidate will have experience in financial statement preparation, management accounting, and tax compliance. They will also be responsible for conducting audits, providing guidance and mentorship, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare financial statements, management accounts, and tax returns for a varied client portfolio.
- Conduct audit engagements from start to finish, ensuring compliance with auditing standards and best practices.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to trainee accountants and junior team members.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by offering clear, expert advice and responding to queries.
- Lead and conduct audits across a broad client base, preparing corporate and personal tax returns and investigating issues identified during engagements.
- 3-5 years of experience in a public accounting firm or general accounting practice.
- ACA or ACCA qualification (or in progress).
- Strong technical knowledge of current accounting and auditing standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present clearly and confidently.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail, a high level of integrity, and a commitment to confidentiality.
