Job Title: Senior Financial Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior financial professional to join our team in Cork City. This role offers an opportunity for career development and growth in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review financial statements for sole traders and audit-exempt companies.
  • Ensure timely completion and filing of tax returns, meeting all relevant deadlines.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts, compiling reports of monthly financial results.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients through direct contact and communication.
  • Provide expert advice on tax planning and efficiencies to clients.
  • Support ad-hoc projects as required to enhance existing services and processes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years PQE practice experience.
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA) or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience working in an Irish practice.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • A good working knowledge of accounting standards is essential.
  • Exceptional numerical, logical, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make informed decisions.
  • Self-motivated and responsible individual with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
