Key Responsibilities

As a Site Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring that it runs efficiently and effectively.

  • Ensure timely completion of tasks, prioritize workload, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, ensure all customers receive excellent treatment.
  • Manage employee rostering, annual leave, and maintain accurate records.


Below are key responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Effective Management of Site Operations: Including control stocktaking, overheads as per budget plan and effective management of customer interactions through efficient team training and coaching.
  • Develop Team Members: Train staff, perform performance reviews, and develop skills for future career growth and continuous development opportunities within your team.
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate integrity in every interaction with employees, colleagues, and external partners. Implement company policies and procedures at store level.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing timeously all customer complaints and concerns escalated from local management level. Develop business relationships externally with suppliers and internally with head office support teams.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Retail management position (Assistant Manager or higher).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead teams to achieve targets and deliver results.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage stress.
  • Passion for retail, strong work ethic with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
