Lyrath Estate Hotel is seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie to join its award-winning culinary brigade.

The Role:
We require a passionate and dedicated chef who has a strong passion for food and enjoys working as part of a dynamic team to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will be flexible, committed to maintaining high standards of quality, presentation, and taste in all dishes prepared.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. To assist the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team and maintaining the highest standards of cuisine.
  2. To work effectively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  3. To maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to HACCP protocols.
  4. To participate in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation to meet hotel standards.
