Job Summary:

This role entails overseeing the management of client relationships, ensuring consistency in service delivery and timely completion of NAV calculations. Key responsibilities include managing the assigned fund accounting team within a defined control environment, developing and refining NAV calculation workflows and procedures, reviewing fee calculations and profit and loss allocations, and managing the audit process to ensure timely completion.

  • Investigate the accounting implications of new products introduced into the market.
  • Coordinate client initialization and transition processes.
  • Contribute to the development of fund accounting training programs.
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate staff members.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business and at least 5 years' experience in Hedge Fund Administration, preferably at supervisor level.

This position requires flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with strong leadership skills, initiative, and the ability to positively influence team morale essential for success.
