Job Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Analyst to provide Governance, Risk and Compliance support to our Cybersecurity team.

This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in security, information technology or technology risk management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and document business risks, and coordinate remediation of vulnerabilities and threats using repeatable risk assessment methodologies and processes.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding the need for cybersecurity and implementation of appropriate controls (ISO 27001, NIST 800-53) to mitigate significant risks.
  • Train assigned team members on security best practices.
  • Identify and communicate recommended security and control deficiencies for business units. Document and monitor the implementation of controls for technology and business project plans.
  • Contribute to the development of the Cybersecurity Compliance and Governance program.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in security, information technology or technology risk management related work.
  • Two years of GRC experience with a strong understanding of how to design and execute compliance activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask, strong attention to details, excellent problem solving and follow-up skills required.
  • Ability to work independently, make decisions and multitask effectively in a diverse environment.
Education:

A Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) and 3+ years of experience in Corporate/Risk Governance, Compliance, Project Management or related areas.
