Responsibilities:- Support day-to-day operations of SAP and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Respond to and resolve help desk tickets related to user access, password resets, and authorization issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain and update user roles, profiles, and authorizations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve access-related issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, with a strong foundation in security principles and practices.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT security, help desk support, or enterprise application administration, with a proven track record of success.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOX, SOC, GDPR, or similar regulatory standards, with the ability to apply knowledge in real-world scenarios.
