Senior Site Administrator

This role requires an organized and detail-oriented Construction Site Administrator to manage site documentation, prepare project reports, coordinate meetings, process invoices, and provide administrative support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing all site documentation, including permits, licenses, and safety records.
  • Assisting with the preparation and distribution of project reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and site visits.
  • Processing invoices, tracking expenses, and managing petty cash.
  • Assisting with the procurement of materials and equipment as needed.
  • Providing general administrative support to the site team, including answering phones, managing mail, and greeting visitors.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications for this role include:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of construction site operations and terminology is beneficial.
