Senior Site Administrator Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Site Administrator to join our team as a key project coordinator. To be successful in this role, you will need to provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our construction site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain all site documentation, including permits, licenses, and safety records.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of project reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and site visits.
  • Process invoices, track expenses, and manage petty cash.
  • Procure materials and equipment as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to the site team, including answering phones, managing mail, and greeting visitors.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of construction site operations and terminology is beneficial.
