Project Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure that projects meet their expectations.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines, making adjustments as needed to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the manufacturing or automation industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, including MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a similar industry, such as pharmaceuticals or food processing.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to manufacturing and automation.
  • Certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
  • Three or more years of experience in project delivery roles.
  • Degree in Engineering or Automation.
  • Three or more years of project delivery experience on projects with manufacturing equipment.
  • Experience of project managing complex projects.
