
Workplace Incident Threat Specialist

This key member of the global Workplace Incident Management (WIM) team supports clients in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa by assessing physical security threats and conducting workplace investigations. The role involves evaluating threats of violence, suicidal ideation, physical assault, harassment, and other types of incidents towards employees and corporate sites.
The Threat Investigator uses technology, analysis, interviewing, and assessment techniques to safeguard personnel, information, and assets. Building effective relationships and establishing scope with stakeholders is crucial for this position.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct interviews of victims, witnesses, and individuals of interest using established techniques and skills specific to corporate investigations.
- Investigate threats originating from external sources and internal incidents such as workplace violence or threats of violence or suicide.
- Establish partnerships with Security, Human Resources, Employee Relations, and Legal teams, providing training and awareness sessions on incident prevention and response.
- Prioritize and manage multiple incidents within a caseload, adhering to client-imposed deadlines and priorities.
- Participate in training and mentoring opportunities to enhance professional development.
This position requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as experience in investigation, threat assessment, and stakeholder management. Proficiency in technology and data analysis tools is also essential for success.
