Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Workplace Incident Threat Investigator to support our clients in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting interviews, investigating threats, and building partnerships with various teams to focus on incident prevention.

This is a high-visibility role that requires strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as effective interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough interviews of victims, witnesses, and persons of interest using established interviewing techniques.
  • Investigate threats originating from external sources and internal incidents such as workplace violence or threats of violence or suicide.
  • Build collaborative partnerships with Security groups, Human Resources, Employee Relations, and Legal teams to enhance incident prevention strategies.
  • Organize, prioritize, and investigate multiple incidents with overlapping deadlines and client-imposed priorities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • 4+ years of experience working in Corporate Investigations, Law Enforcement, Security Operations, Incident Management, social services, or related field
  • Demonstrated ability to empathize and verbally connect with people during stressful situations while facilitating accurate recollection of conversations, interactions, and observations.

The ideal candidate will have highly developed written and verbal communication skills, clear and precise writing skills, and effective interpersonal skills. Familiarity with professional threat assessment organizations is preferred.
