Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst. The successful candidate will have a strong background in incident response within the Cyber Security field and excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating actionable threat intelligence and situational awareness of cyber threats.
  • Producing actionable threat intelligence on targeted and advanced persistent threats.
  • Applying analytical understanding of attacker tactics, system vulnerabilities, and attack indicators to produce metrics and reporting on the state of system security, threat, and alerts.
  • Identifying cyberspace trends related to adversary techniques, targeting, and malware.
  • Designing and delivering actionable Information Security dashboards and scorecards.
  • Responding to security alerts and incidents, pinpointing root causes and providing solutions.
  • Analysing malware using various tools to understand its functionality.
  • Create and maintain documentation, ensuring process and procedures are relevant and maintained.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / IT Security or equivalent industry experience.
  • 3 years of experience in incident response within the Cyber Security field.
  • Familiarity with security threat monitoring tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of Cyber Crime and IT Security-related issues, including legal aspects such as data privacy.
