We are looking for a skilled Senior CAO Analyst to join our team dedicated to protecting organizations against advanced threats. As a trusted advisor, you will provide regular customer briefings, track and fulfill customer requests using CrowdStrike resources, and relay customer feedback to internal teams.
About The RoleThe Senior CAO Analyst will serve as a liaison between customers and other CrowdStrike CAO teams. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cyber threat analysis, maintaining ownership of assigned customer accounts, and facilitating exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Liaison: Meet with customers on teleconference platforms, attend on-site meetings, and facilitate communication between customers and CrowdStrike teams.
- Cyber Threat Analysis: Prepare and deliver intelligence reports, dark web alerts, threat hunts, and threat hunt findings to CAO customers.
- Request Fulfillment: Track and fulfill customer requests using CrowdStrike resources.
- Feedback Relay: Relay customer feedback to internal CrowdStrike teams.
- Experience: 5+ years in two or more of the following areas: incident response, security operations, threat hunting, cyber threat intelligence, or dark web monitoring.
- Presentation Delivery: Background in presenting, briefing, and delivering reports to stakeholders ranging from individual contributors to executives.
- Incident Handling: Experience conducting threat hunting or managing incident response for organizations investigating targeted threats.
- Intelligence Tradecraft: Knowledge of cyber threat intelligence terminology and data communication concepts and technologies.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to communicate executive and/or detailed level findings to clients.
