Requirements for the Senior Front Desk Associate:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a reception or front office role within a hospitality environment
  • Valid work permits with documentation required
  • Strong communication, computer, and telephone skills
  • Previous experience with similar software systems an asset
  • Able to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible to work weekends and varied shifts (early and late)
  • Highly organized with a professional approach
