The School of Pharmacy is seeking an administrator to join its team in the role of Course Coordinator/Placement Officer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Programme Coordination: Assist with planning and coordinating postgraduate Masters programmes within the School.
  • Industry Partnerships: Support the recruitment of industry placement providers and develop initiatives to enhance work-integrated learning.
  • Administrative Support: Provide high-quality administrative assistance to academic staff and students.
  • System Management: Manage administrative systems to ensure adherence to University procedures and Placement provider guidelines.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • A strong level of administrative support is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential for success in this role.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with academic and administrative staff, as well as industry partners.

This role requires strong programme coordination and administration skills, with a focus on managing administrative systems to meet deadlines.
