Overview of a Graduate Management Trainee Role

We're looking for motivated and ambitious graduates who are eager to learn and grow within our organisation. As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will be empowered to make business decisions that greatly affect your career as well as the bottom line.

You'll gain responsibility for developing new business and maintaining current relationships. You'll also learn how to deliver exceptional customer service, understand cost control, and read your branch's P&L statement.

Throughout your development, you'll learn how to mentor, train, develop, manage, and promote staff of your own. In return, we'll reward your growth with pay increases and opportunities for continued promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing new business and maintaining current relationships
  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Understanding cost control and reading your branch's P&L statement
  • Mentoring, training, developing, managing, and promoting staff

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Full Irish, UK or EU Manual Drivers License (with accommodations for applicants who don't drive due to a disability)
  • No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within the last five years
