Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our premium menswear store in Rathfarnham, Dublin.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with clients.

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's daily operations, including sales, stock management, visual merchandising, and store standards.

You will also be expected to train, coach, and develop your team members to achieve individual and store Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Additionally, you will handle customer issues professionally and efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

Maintain high visual standards, ensuring the store reflects the brand's premium positioning.

Monitor stock levels and liaise with buyers or owners on product performance and customer preferences.

Report on store performance and contribute ideas to drive footfall and sales.

Implementation and management of an online presence is essential.



Requirements
