Homecare Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Compassionate Care Specialist to provide personalized support and care to a female adult client in their own home.
- Medication Management and administration
- Effective seizure management and intervention strategies
- Pain management through evidence-based approaches
- Dementia training and support
- Safe moving and handling techniques, including hoist and re-positioning
- Strategies for maintaining skin integrity
- Professional boundaries and confidentiality
- Working effectively in the home environment as a lone worker
- Infection control and disposal of clinical waste
- CPR certification and emergency response planning
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with adult clients, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be capable of working independently while maintaining a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Requirements:- Current NMBI registration
- Ability to undergo required training
- Garda Vetting clearance
- Registration with the INMO or affiliated union
- Up-to-date full immunizations and Vaccination history
This is a unique opportunity to work in a homecare setting with a dynamic team. We offer competitive hourly rates starting from €31.20, premium rates available for nights, weekends, Sundays, and bank holidays up to €50 per hour, and a range of benefits including flexible start dates, comprehensive induction training, and employee recognition schemes.
