Job Title: Mechanical Construction Manager

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Supervise and manage daily mechanical construction activities on the project.
    • Plan, develop, and organise the mechanical construction process to create a cost-effective plan ensuring timely completion.
    • Execute the scope of work related to construction/fabrication and pre-commissioning in line with the approved project schedule.
    • Monitor and report project details including progress, risks, and opportunities to the Project Manager.
    • Adhere to Safety, EHS, and Quality Standards in compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Possess a background in a relevant trade or engineering discipline.
  • Have over 5 years of industry experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems including HVAC and building services design.
