Our team seeks a dedicated and experienced Engr III SAP Application Support Analyst with a strong focus on Materials Management (MM) to ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of our SAP ECC or S/4HANA environments.
This role is crucial in troubleshooting complex issues, supporting critical business processes, and contributing to the evolution of our enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert-level production support for SAP ECC or S/4HANA, with a primary focus on Materials Management (MM) modules.
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve complex application defects and incidents reported by users or identified through monitoring.
- Perform comprehensive root cause analysis for recurring issues and collaborate with functional teams, technical developers, and Basis teams to implement sustainable solutions.
- Support key integration points between SAP and other critical business systems, including 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) systems, Ariba, external platforms, and various upstream/downstream applications.
- Assist with testing and validation of system enhancements, upgrades, patches, and disaster recovery activities to ensure system integrity and business continuity.
- Develop and maintain documentation for support processes, troubleshooting guides, and system configurations.
- Collaborate closely with Technical Project Management (TPM) teams to understand new project designs, ensure error handling is robust, and facilitate smooth post-hypercare transitions to steady-state support.
