Employment Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious Employment Solicitor (NQ–6 PQE) to join our client’s new Employment Law team in Dublin. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a new team at its inception, with access to high-profile clients and complex advisory and contentious work.

The Role:

  • Provide expert advice on employment law matters including advisory, contentious, and transactional support.
  • Support international clients on Irish employment law issues and global projects.
  • Draft and negotiate employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.
  • Represent clients in employment disputes and regulatory investigations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across EMEA and the UK on cross-border matters.

The Person:

  • A qualified Solicitor (NQ–6 PQE) in Ireland or the UK with a background in employment law.
  • A strong understanding of Irish employment legislation and dispute resolution.
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills.
  • Experience advising employer-side clients preferred.
  • Ambitious, team-oriented, and excited by a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
