Claims Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Officer to join our team. As a Claims Officer, you will be responsible for processing medical claims for clients worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment where no two days are the same.

Job Description

The role involves processing claims within agreed company standards, adjudicating each claim in accordance with policy benefits to achieve company targets. You will ensure accurate and efficient adjudication/investigation of each claim, ensuring timely follow-up to deliver a superior client experience and accurate reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Administrative experience
  • Experience working with tight deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Valid EU work permit with the ability to work full-time year-round
  • Fluency in English and Turkish
