Job Title: Senior Kitchen Professional

A reputable restaurant in Dalkey, County Dublin seeks an experienced and skilled Chef de Partie to join their dynamic kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to develop their culinary career.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard, ensuring consistency and quality across all sections.
2. Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations, adhering to rigorous hygiene, health, and safety protocols.
3. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation at all times, upholding exceptional standards of food preparation and presentation.
4. Support and mentor junior kitchen staff where required, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis Chef ready to step up.
• A genuine passion for food and attention to detail, combined with excellent knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a close-knit team, with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
