Language Quality Assurance Specialist

This role involves working as part of a dynamic team to ensure the quality and accuracy of software products in your native language.

• Perform localisation testing on software, print documents, help and hardware items.
• Report issues found by using internal tools, providing pertinent information and suggestions, and following the solution process to its completion.
• Analyse international functionality issues.
• Work cross-functionally with international software QA centres, engineering teams, translators, and project managers to ensure delivery of world-class products to international markets.
• Design, implement, and organise manual test plans.
• Coding software test automation in technologies like Swift, ObjC, Python, Ruby, or other programming languages as required.

• Localisation Testing: Perform thorough testing of software, documentation, and hardware items to ensure they are accurate and meet international standards.
• Issue Reporting: Identify and report issues found during testing, providing detailed information and suggestions for resolution.
• International Analysis: Analyse international functionality issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve them.
• Collaboration: Work closely with international software QA centres, engineering teams, translators, and project managers to deliver high-quality products globally.
• Test Planning: Design, implement, and manage manual test plans to ensure comprehensive coverage of software features and functionality.
• Coding: Develop software test automation in various programming languages to streamline testing processes.

• Native Speaker: Be a native speaker of the required language and possess a deep understanding of linguistics.
• Strong Analytical Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical skills to identify and report issues accurately.
• Excellent Communication: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to Detail: Show attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

• Language Expertise: Have experience in software localisation/internationalisation and be proficient in one or more programming languages.
