ERP Technical Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a technical professional with expertise in designing and delivering custom program solutions that meet the needs of our enterprise-wide QAD system user base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage resource allocation and backlog prioritization with key stakeholders to deliver QAD AUX projects, enhancements, and long-term application support.
  • Develop and maintain the QAD AUX product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements, identifying new opportunities within the QAD ecosystem to drive business value.
  • Act as the link between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring engagement and clarity in Agile delivery.
  • Oversee product performance, quality assurance, and budget reporting to governance bodies.
  • Resolve QAD-related incidents and requests in a timely manner.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize delivery, system performance, and KPI alignment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 6+ years experience within the QAD ecosystem/platform, including QAD Adaptive AUX application.
  • Demonstrated experience in ERP product management, technical planning, and roadmap delivery.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering ERP solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Strong skills in technical analysis and documentation, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical specifications.
  • Experience in Agile delivery environments, including backlog management, sprint planning, and stakeholder collaboration.
