Job Overview

We are seeking an ERP Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing technical support and resolving complex issues.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of ERP systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV, and be able to apply accounting and business process knowledge to resolve client queries.

Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via online portal or telephone
  • Take ownership of support issues and manage them through to closure
  • Research and implement fixes, documenting case resolutions as needed
  • Manage and prioritize support tickets to meet Service Level Agreements
  • Keep customers informed about ticket progress
  • Evaluate and escalate queries to Development & Business Consultants as needed
Requirements
  • Proactive individual with strong communication and organisational skills
  • Broad interest in IT and analysis/resolution of business/accounting/technical issues while managing client expectations
  • Demonstrable experience in General Ledger, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Inventory & Stock, Manufacturing & Warehousing
  • Ability to work within a team and independently
  • Liaise with people at all levels both internally and externally
