Key Roles and Responsibilities

Provide first-level support to clients through various communication channels, including our online customer portal and telephone.

Own and manage support issues from initiation to closure, implementing fixes, documenting case resolution, and prioritizing tickets to meet agreed service level agreements.

Apply accounting and business process knowledge to resolve client queries, maintain strong customer relationships, and escalate queries as required.

Candidates should have a broad interest in IT, with strong communication and organizational skills. They must be able to analyze and resolve complex business, accounting, and technical issues while managing client expectations.

Desirable qualifications include knowledge of ERP systems such as Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV, SAP, Oracle, and experience in areas like General Ledger, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Inventory & Stock, Manufacturing & Warehousing.

A willingness to learn new skills and expand knowledge of business applications is essential. The ideal candidate will be able to work both independently and as part of a team, liaising effectively with people at all levels within an organization.

We offer full training in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and other core Microsoft technologies. Career progression opportunities exist into senior support, development, or consultancy roles.
